TC-26 Tariff Proceeding

Section 9 of Bonneville's Open Access Transmission Tariff (Tariff) provides that the Bonneville Administrator may use the procedures set forth in Section 212(i)(2)(A) of the Federal Power Act to modify terms and conditions of the Tariff.

In spring/summer of 2024, BPA will engage customers through a series of pre-proceedings workshops to discuss rate and tariff issues. BPA expects to conduct a Terms and Conditions Tariff Proceeding (TC-26) to propose modifications to the terms and conditions of BPA's Tariff starting in fall 2024. The TC-26 Tariff Proceeding will run concurrently with the BP-26 Rate Case.
