TC-25 Tariff Settlement Proposal (September 1, 2023)
In June 2023, BPA initiated discussions with customers and stakeholders regarding the potential for settlement of the TC-25 tariff proceeding to reform BPA’s LGIP. Based on the progress in the settlement discussions, BPA staff developed the below settlement proposal.
Prospective parties to the TC-25 tariff proceeding were asked to notify BPA of any objection by 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15, 2023. BPA received no responses objecting to the proposed TC-25 tariff settlement. BPA staff is recommending the adoption of the TC-25 Settlement Agreement in the TC-25 Tariff Proceeding.
Since posting the proposed settlement agreement, BPA staff discovered several typographical errors that are necessary to correct in the tariff filed as part of the TC-25 Initial Proposal. A corrected Appendix 2 to the settlement agreement is posted above for interested parties to review in advance of the Initial Proposal filing. Additionally, a redline comparison to the Sept. 1, 2023 version, as well as a list describing the corrections are posted above for reference.
