Point-To-Point Transmission Service (PTP) is a transmission service that allows the reservation and transmission of capacity and energy from a designated Source and Point(s) of Receipt to a designated Sink and Point(s) of Delivery (i.e., Point A to Point B) in accordance with Part II of BPA’s current Open Access Transmission Tariff.
