ATCID Customer Meeting

BPA Transmission will be holding a customer meeting to review the proposed Phase III streamlining to BPA’s Available Transfer Capability Identification Document (ATCID).

TC-28 (Markets+) Pre-Proceeding Workshop

BPA will hold a series of monthly pre-proceeding workshops from April through December 2026 to discuss proposed changes to BPA’s tariff to enable BPA’s participation in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Markets+ day ahead market.

Transmission Services conducts system planning meetings in accordance with its Open Access Transmission Tariff Attachment K. These meetings provide customers and interested parties the opportunity to discuss and provide input to the studies and development of the plans of service.
