Notice of Discounted Rate

Effective October 1, 2023 BPA will offer a discounted rate for hourly non-firm Point-to-Point Service south to north on the Southern Intertie. The discounted rate is 4.74 mills/kWh. This discount applies to hourly non-firm Point-to-Point reservations with the following POR – POD combinations:
