OATI Upgrade 08/31/22

OATI will be deploying a change to BPAT Production webTrans starting at 2:00pm on Wednesday August 31, 2022. The system will be unavailable for up to 60 minutes starting at this time. The impact will be as follows:

  1. CDE users will not be able to login until the system upgrade has been completed. Users that are already logged in at the time the upgrade starts will not be automatically logged out of the system, but screens may not be fully functional until the upgrade is complete.
  2. webSmartOASIS and webSmartTag will both still be available. However, tags and TSRs will not be processed until webTrans is back online, so plan accordingly.
  3. XML queries against webTrans will be unavailable during this time.
  4. Other system notifications such as JOTS emails and EIDE communications will also be unavailable.

The actual outage is expected to be less than 10 minutes, but OATI has communicated that it could take up to an hour. Please plan accordingly.
