Reminder of OATI Upgrade 10/20/22

OATI will be deploying a change to BPAT Production that impacts communication between webTrans and other OATI systems. The outage will start at 2:00 pm PPT on Thursday, October 20, 2022. The system will be unavailable for up to 60 minutes starting at this time. The impact will be as follows:

1. webSmartOASIS and webSmartTag will both still be available. However, eTags and TSRs will not be processed until the outage is completed.
2. CDE users should still be able to login while the upgrade is in process.
3. XML queries against webTrans will still be available during this time.
4. Other system notifications such as JOTS emails and EIDE communications will also still be available.

The actual outage is expected to be less than 15 minutes, but OATI has communicated that it could take up to an hour. Please plan accordingly.
