OATI Loss Module Data Issue for 3/10/23 and 3/11/23

BPA's Loss Module is experiencing data issues for DLR Dates 3/10 and 3/11, please do not return In-Kind Losses for those dates at this time.  Please note that 3/9's numbers are correct and Losses can be returned for that date.  We will post again when the issues have been resolved.
