Update to OATI Loss Module Data Issue for 3/10/23 and 3/11/23

BPA's Loss Module is still experiencing data issues for Dates 3/10 and 3/11. Please return In-Kind Losses for what is shown on the Imbalance row for each hour in whole MWs if fractional values are shown.  BPA will resolve any data discrepancies when the vendor has resolved our software and data issues. Remaining Imbalances for these dates will be rolled forward to a future date and will not incur FFI penalties.  If you have any questions please send them to Email address:  txcbs@bpa.gov
