Update to OATI Loss Module Data Issue for 3/10/23 and 3/11/23

BPA’s Loss Module has calculated correctly for 3/12/23 and 3/13/23; please return Losses calculated in the Total Obligation line as normal for these days and for all subsequent days.  The Imbalance calculations for 3/10/23 and 3/11/23 have been verified accurate, any remaining Imbalance after Return schedules are accounted for will be rolled forward as an Adjustment to the same hours on 3/17 and 3/18.  If you have any questions please send them to Email address:  txcbs@bpa.gov
