New OASIS Functionality: Renewal (Reservation Priority) Deadline Reminders

OASIS now offers a way to help Customers remember their renewal deadline by subscribing to email notifications on OASIS when their renewal deadline is approaching.  As shared previously in the March CBPI call, customers with a contract term of five years or more of existing firm PTP and/or NT service, have the right to continue taking transmission service by exercising their rollover rights.  

Customers can specify how many days prior to the renewal deadline the first notification should be sent, as well as how many days between successive reminders.  Follow the instructions in section A of the Supplemental OASIS User Guide for subscribing to email notifications on OASIS.  Subscribe to event type “PTP_RENEWAL.”  Customers remain responsible for timely submittal of renewals on Bonneville’s OASIS regardless if they choose to receive email notifications or not.
