Discontinuing the TRM across West of Garrison E>W effective September 27, 2023

BPA’s technical studies indicate that BPA’s Transmission Reliability Margin (TRM) across the West of Garrison E>W path is no longer needed in the NERC horizon (0-13 months).  Given this, BPA will be discontinuing the TRM across West of Garrison E>W effective September 27, 2023.
