BPAT Systems Baseline Update

Today, October 18, 2023, BPA Transmission Services will be releasing the Winter 2023 Short Term Base Case.  All changes to the Short Term Available Flowgate Capability (AFC) will be effective as of November 1, 2023 at 00:00 PPT.
